Time will pass fast, go away, and leaves us with only one of two things: regret or results. A year from now, you will have wished I followed, pressed forward, and pushed on from emotionally draining situations, environments, and people!

A year from now, you will wish you had said ‘no’ more often. Trust…

You have to show up whether you are seeing the results you want or like it or not, and no one cares about the excuses.

Don’t attach emotions to things that happen in life that slow you down or stop you!

If something happens, ask yourself:

Why did it happen?
What lesson did I learn?
What can I do to get out of it?
What can I do to press forward!?!

Because life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react and what you do about it…

What to do……? STAND TALL, PRAY UP, and START TODAY!;-)

Philippians 4:13 – I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Ecclesiastes 11:4 – Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.

Hebrews 12:11 – No discipline seems pleasant at the time but painful. Later, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those trained.
