Don’t OVERTHINK IT! 😉
Living Well depends on thinking well!

Here we go…Overthinking may look like fretting about the small stuff, devoting disproportionate amounts of brain space to the relatively insignificant. Overthinking takes different forms. Sometimes it seems like worry looks like stress and feels like a headache…
Practicing new ways of thinking, talking, walking, and reinforcing new habits of thought, will prevent overthinking.
Stay with me on this… 😉
Starting now, just DON’T describe yourself as a chronic overthinker. Don’t call yourself that, not even in your head. Overthinking is NO more an extended part of your identity, though it may be a behavior you’re engaging in right now. Instead, begin to describe yourself — if only in your head — as someone capable of experiencing less decision angst and more joy and peace in their life.
Hang in here… 😉
Improvement WON’T happen on its own, and it won’t happen overnight, but it WILL happen…
So, no more analysis paralysis, last-minute mindlessness, and intellectual curiosity. Overthinking causes information overload and stress. No more overthinking. It is what it is; keep it simple and press forward!
This week, Less stress more best!!!:-)
You don’t need any more information; you need to act, just make it happen, and move forward.
Almost There! Lastly… 😉
Limit technology creeps!!!!! HERE Me!
We can’t talk about limiting our options without smartly managing our relationship with technology — SMARTPHONES ESPECIALLY, because if we’re not careful, our handy intelligent devices can take over our lives and us LESS SMART AND MORE STRESSED!
How often is happiness destroyed by over-preparation, unreasonable expectations, and overthinking! We must become equipped to pivot when things don’t go as planned gracefully. So put overthinking aside to welcome good things, thoughts and decisions into life.🙂
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
It will feel like a battle at first — especially if we’ve been analyzing things our whole lives — but with time, it will begin to feel like a habit. It will get better!
Father God, allow us that peace of mind that passeth all understanding, and let our trust in your discernment guide our decision-making. Allow no more stinkin thinkin to cast that shadow that bringeth doubt, and allow your love, grace, and mercy to comfort us in all things!
In your name, we pray, Amen.
All, have a decisive week, and don’t overthink it! Press through it with a smile, knowing you are going to win!
