Making Mistakes
Hey, dont sweat the small stuff, its all in how you handle it! Making a mistake isn’t the end of the world. In fact, I’ve noticed it’s actually an opportunity to be a witness for God. People notice how you handle mistakes much more than how you manage success. Check it, Admitting mistakes is hard! I know! It always takes me swallowing the pride that threatens to surface. But people are always watching to see what you do after a mistake is made, this is your opportunity to show your greatness!;)
I’m so relieved I don’t have to do everything right. I tried that life for many years, and ended up pissed, angree and ….discouraged. When you acknowledge a mistake, correct your actions and go beyond to make things right, the rewards they will come of it( happy and loyal customers, family and friends will remind you once again, that even in weakness, God can still use you to touch another person’s life, or reflect His character.
God stands for honesty and justice, and that there are people who are trying to follow Him, who stumble, yet keep pressing on.
A prayer for us:
Dear Heavenly Father, I praise You for being perfect, and for sending us a perfect Savior. There are so many times we fall short, and make mistakes. Thank You for loving us in spite of our weaknesses. And I thank You for calling me into Your service and seeing my potential, even when I don’t see it in myself. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
